Ideal for those people who are just beginning to exercise and or have some limitations due to pain, limited range of motion,  fatigue, obesity etc

Gentle Flow Yoga

Go Softly with GENTLE FLOW YOGA.

Take time to feel your body move as you breathe deeply to stay in a pose long enough to enjoy that you are not pushing yourself. Gentle Flow Yoga equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles that are in need of love. There is no hurry to finish a sequence. It’s all about relaxing and allowing yourself and your body to have as much relaxation as you want.
